  • Our Wedding Management service is our version of day-of coordination, but it includes more comprehensive support. We begin working with you approximately 6–8 weeks prior to your wedding to ensure all details, vendors, and logistics are fully prepared for a seamless event.

  • To begin the process, we start with an inquiry and consultation to learn more about your wedding vision and needs. From there, we provide a tailored proposal outlining the best service for you. A signed contract and retainer secure your date on our calendar.

  • We believe weddings should feel intentional, beautifully organized, and completely stress-free. Our approach is rooted in thoughtful planning, refined design, and seamless execution so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment of your celebration.

  • A dedicated wedding day attendant is focused solely on supporting you throughout your wedding day so you can stay present and fully enjoy the experience.

    They assist with personal needs such as dress and veil adjustments, touch-ups, carrying personal items, delivering food and drinks, and helping you stay comfortable and on schedule.

    This role ensures you are cared for throughout the day, without having to rely on your coordinator or wedding party for personal support.

    This service is included in Full Planning + Design and available as an add-on to Wedding Management and Partial Planning.

  • Yes — while we specialize in weddings, we also take on a limited number of other events such as engagement parties, bridal showers, and milestone celebrations depending on availability.
