    Full-Service Planning is for couples who want guidance from start to finish, including a full design concept and complete planning support. We take the lead while making sure your vision shines through, so you can enjoy the process without the stress.

    Partial Planning is perfect for couples who have started planning but want a trusted planning bestie. We provide guidance, recommendations, and design fine-tuning to help your ideas come to life beautifully while keeping you in the driver’s seat.

    Wedding Management (Day-of Coordination) is for couples who have planned and designed their wedding themselves. We step in to execute your vision seamlessly, manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, and make sure your big day flows effortlessly so you can fully enjoy it.

  • Our involvement depends on the package you choose, but no matter what, we’re hands-on and here for you. Full and partial planning couples get regular monthly check-ins, and we love diving into all the details—from vendor selection and tastings to timelines, design, and everything in between. And yes, your personalized portal keeps all your tasks and resources in one place, so nothing slips through the cracks. Wedding management couples get our full attention 8–10 weeks before the big day to make sure everything runs smoothly and stress-free.

Wedding management doesn’t include design by default, but we can absolutely add it if you want that extra support.

  • Yes! In addition to planning, we offer a selection of rentals and add-on services to make your wedding look and feel exactly how you imagined. Think tables, dinnerware, linens, luxury candles, décor touches, signage, stationery, and more—all curated to create a cohesive, elevated look. We’re here to help streamline the process so your day feels polished, effortless, and totally you.

For full-service or partial planning, booking early means we can guide you from the very start and help make decisions easier along the way. We’re currently booking weddings for 2026 and 2027, so if you want to secure your spot, now’s the time to reach out.

Others have tighter timelines—fun fact, we’ve planned weddings in as little as three months! While it’s totally doable, it does take extra planning and focus, and we’ll be there every step of the way to make it work.

    Wedding management can come in later, and we’ll jump in wherever you are to keep things organized and stress-free. Basically, the earlier we start, the more time we have to make sure your planning journey is smooth, fun, and actually enjoyable.

Wedding management (day-of coordination) steps in 8–10 weeks before your wedding to execute your vision, coordinate vendors, and take care of all the details so you can actually enjoy your day.

With full-service planning, we create a complete design concept and provide a detailed design board focusing on every area of your wedding—from ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, to entertainment, décor details, and more. For partial planning, we take your existing vision and fine-tune it so everything comes together beautifully and feels cohesive. Wedding management (day-of coordination) doesn’t include design services by default, but it can be added if you want extra support in bringing your vision to life. We also attend mock-up meetings and showroom visits to help select décor details, and we can assist with signage and stationery to make sure every element reflects your style and love story.

  • We include monthly planning meetings throughout your planning process, along with unlimited email communication in between. Wedding planning isn’t one-size-fits-all, and some moments may call for extra support. If you feel you need additional meetings beyond our monthly check-ins, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

    As we move into the coordination phase, meetings naturally increase as we confirm final details and logistics with your vendors and venue. This ensures everything is aligned, organized, and ready for a smooth wedding day. Our goal is always to make sure you feel supported, confident, and never rushed through decisions.

  • We use a planning portal as our main hub to keep everything organized and in one place, ensuring you, us, and your vendor team stay aligned on timelines, payments, documents, and details. Communication includes unlimited email and Google chat, along with phone and virtual calls as needed. This approach keeps everything streamlined, organized, and easy to reference, while still allowing for real-time conversations when they matter most.

  • We offer Full-Service Wedding Planning, Partial Planning, and Wedding Management (often called Day-Of Coordination). Each package is designed to meet couples at different stages of the planning process while providing expert guidance, organization, and calm support throughout.

  • If you want hands-on guidance from start to finish, Full Planning is best.
    If you’ve started planning but want professional support to pull everything together, Partial Planning is a great fit.
    If you’ve planned it all but want someone to manage the details and execution, Wedding Management is ideal.
